The system was supported by a Compressor that was purchased because it was ‘cheap’, this ran 24/5.

We carried out a Data Logging and established the potential savings.

The Compressor was a fixed speed unit that was correctly sized for the peak demand, but suffered high off-load operation during low demand periods.

We installed a High Efficiency Inverter Driven Ingersoll Rand Compressor.

As a result a proven 40% reduction in energy consumption and a payback of <18 months.
