Printing < 17 months Payback

This system had potentially efficient Compressors, but suffered from high energy wastage due to being over-sized.

We carried out a Data Logging to establish the best solution.

The site was supported by a High Efficiency Ingersoll Rand Fixed Speed Compressor, but only running at a load of 60% approximately.

The Compressors stills had a ‘book Value’ and access was difficult so an Inverter was fitted to one of the units.

As a result energy consumption was reduced by a proven 25% and a payback of <17 months achieved.
