Automotive – 20 Month Payback

The system had an incorrectly sized Compressor due to poor advice. The system was supported by a fixed speed Compressor with high off-load operation.

This resulted in a high heat load in the Plant Room with an Air Conditioning system fitted to compensate further increasing energy corruption.

We carried out a Data Logging to establish the potential savings.

A high efficiency Inverter Driven Ingersoll Rand Compressor was fitted.

The result was a proven 40% reduction in energy consumption and <20 month payback. The Air Conditioning system was also turned off.
