The site has two separate systems, one efficient system with spare capacity and a second system with incorrectly specified Compressors.

We carried out a Data Logging to establish how to reconfigure the systems for efficient operation.

We installed interlinking pipework between the systems and a Control System with functionality to control multiple Plant locations and maximise efficiency.

As a result a proven energy saving of 25% was achieved with a payback of <19 months.
