Food Manufacturing <19 month Payback

This system suffered from high off-load operation and pressure fluctuation due to a lack of system control. The Compressed Air Plant was in two separate areas and it was not possible to set machine pressure to ensure stable system operation.

We carried out a Data Logging of the entire system and established the solution with the best payback.

A Control System was fitted with the function to control multiple plant locations and an Inverter was fitted to one Compressors, all minimising Capital spend and site disruption.

The result was a proven 32% reduction in energy consumption and payback of less than 19 months.
