The site had four separate Compressor Plant Rooms with potentially efficient machinery.

Due to the scale of the system it was impossible to set individual machine pressures for energy efficient operation.

We carried out Data Logging to establish the best solution.

We installed a Control System with the functionality to control multiple plant locations and minimise pressure.

The result was a proven reduction in energy consumption of 25% and a payback of <15 months.

This included system pressure dewpoint monitoring and web hosted system visualisation.
